- Check and secure guest room and privacy
- Prepares guest room according to standard set by the Management
- Replenish guest room amenities and supplies according to standard
- Monitors and replenish consumed minibar items
- Deliver and retrieve guest request amenities eg. flat iron, etc.
- Check room, furniture and equipment condition
- Reports defective equipment to the HK coordinator
- Provides turn down service as a guest requirement or preference
- Performs rotational room cleaning such us deep cleaning of bathroom, etc.
- Replenish room cart according to standard
- Maintains the public area hallways clean and free from debris, smudges, etc. every 30 minutes or as soon as needed
- Maintains the cleanliness of public comfort rooms every 30 minutes
- Maintains PA trolley in order and with stocks on a daily basis
- Clean function rooms after each function and retouch after each set up
- Clean and sanitize hotel outlet/restaurant at 10am and polish at midnight
- Clean and clears fire exit from any obstruction and dirt as needed
- Performs rotational cleaning such as deep cleaning on comfort rooms, etc as needed
- Reports any defective lights, equipment to HK coordinator, supervisor or Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize trash bins every 30 minutes and wash down at midnight
