Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges to recommend relevant products or services.
- Provide tailored solutions, demonstrations, and presentations to meet client requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Work with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered.
- Help implement and adapt sales plans for specific products or services to align with business goals.
