Major Functions
Responsible for close monitoring of customer’s account management and a credit analyst. Provide services for financial transactions for customers and credit lines. Coordinates with Traffic & Shipping for feeds deliveries and other related matters.
Principal Duties
Assist in proper documentation for CTB customers so that no confusion during collection.
Responsible for reconciliation of AR of all customers (CTB, feeds and DOC) for early collection.
Coordinate to all department such as traffic and shipping, credit and collection and Legal for all collectible.
Prepares the communication about restructuring schemes, increase/decrease in credit line or terms memo, offsetting scheme, and other financial services communication.
Designs and generates reports from Oracle system about customers’ analysis of sales, credit and collection.
Prepares monthly sales summary, by product and harvest report
Remits cash, check or on-line payments of the customers thru salesman (feeds & DOC) to the cashier.
Maintains a filing system of all communication regarding financial services to customers, and other pertinent documents.
Attends customers’ queries regarding accounts, restructuring and others.
Prepares Sales Order Validation Sheets for the issuance of charge invoice for both by-products and DOC sales.
Responsible for Oracle invoicing
Coordinate schedule of DOC placement to customers.
Monitoring of sales collection
Prepares Sales Order Validation Sheet for DOC and tie-up customers
Coordinate with Outgoing Section the inventory of feeds on stock position
