- Conduct fieldwork to visit potential clients, introduce products/services, and build strong relationships
- Find and connect with potential clients through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
- Answer customer inquiries via messages, calls, or in person professionally and promptly
- Prepare, process, and follow up on sales orders accurately
- Collect payments from clients and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Maintain regular communication with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on promotions, leads, and customer feedback
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and payment collections
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
