Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Technical Sales Associates. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in IT sales and support.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of technical and scientific products, including their components and how they function.
- Assist in promoting and selling products by demonstrating key features explaining to potential customers.
- Support basic troubleshooting and repair of laptops or other IT products.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any IT-related course or holder of a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any IT field.
- NC II Certificate in Computer Hardware Servicing is a plus.
- Strong interest in IT products, hardware, and sales.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- No prior experience required — training will be provided!
Preferred but not required:
- Internship, OJT, or school project experience related to technical support or IT sales.

Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
