JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Personnel will play a dual role, engaging with customers in-store to drive sales and support the marketing department in executing marketing strategies. This position requires a versatile individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the technology market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

●Sales:

○Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

○Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

○Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

○Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

○Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

In-Store Sales:

○Greet and engage customers, providing product information and assistance.

○Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

○Maintain a thorough knowledge of our laptop products and accessories.

○Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.

○Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

○Ensure the store is well-organized and products are displayed attractively.

●Marketing:

○Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our laptop products.

○Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

○Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

○Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

○Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events

●Customer Support:

○Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers.

○Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

○Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

· At least college level.

· At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or marketing (preferably in the electronics or tech industry).

· Experience with in-store promotions, trade events, or social media marketing is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of laptop products, accessories, and basic computer specifications.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Canva).

· Willing to do fieldwork to reach potential customers, promote the company’s products and services, and help grow the brand’s presence and customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php15,000.00 per month
