Engages with banking customers to ensure implementation, and successful application of company products and services. Manages an implementation queue, ensuring high quality customer experience and, at the same time, maximizing both utilization of internal resources and revenue activations. Addresses customer issues throughout the deployment process, taking ownership of issues and following through on resolution.
- Independently leads small- to mid-size customer implementation projects.
- Drives end-to-end coordination of project implementation deliverables.
- Interfaces with internal resources to establish and meet customer needs, ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Effectively escalates issues when appropriate.
- Forms close relationships with customers and account management teams, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to customers, looking for ways to enhance the company's position and upsell aligned products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
