DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment of Admin workers in the project site.
- Summarize workers’ attendance and overtime based on the biometrics or logbook and encode to the HRIS timekeeping module.
- Monitor absences, tardiness, AWOL, and Service Incentive Leave (SIL) of workers.
- Prepare and issue a Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of the Decision (NOD) for Incident Reports following the due process to all concerned employees.
- Responsible in the recruitment process of the admin workers applying in the project site.
- Prepare and accomplish the End of a Contract notice and ensure completion of worker’s clearance for Final Pay.
- Facilitate issuance of company uniform and PPE and ensure accomplishment of Authority to Deduct Form.
- Ensure enough inventories of office supplies, medical supplies, PPE, and company uniforms on the project site.
- Assist project-based employees regarding Compensation and Benefit related concerns.
- Coordinate with HRMD head office. Transmit documents for signature and filing.
- Facilitate compliance to all safety programs and actively cooperate with the health and safety committee, and address safety-related issues.
- Assist in providing immediate medical care for workers in case of illness or accidents at the project site.
- Coordinate with the hospital near the project site for the treatment of workers in cases wherein first aid treatment is inadequate.
- Maintain accident/illness report/logbook; Prepare and submit accident or incident report to Human Resources Management and Development Department (HRMD).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or Behavioral Science
- Minimum of 2 years work related experience in Real Estate or Construction
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills, good human relation skills
