Manages the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy, including coordinating connections with external recruitment vendors and job seekers/agencies to guarantee a consistent pipeline of suitable applicants. Responsible for ensuring that candidates reflect the company's culture and values, as well as for filling open positions on time to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on site operations or manufacturing/FMCG environments
- Proven ability to lead and manage recruitment teams or projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools
- Deployed in Site
