Position Overview
We are seeking an HR & Admin Manager to support our 24/7 customer serviceoperations, with a primary focus on night shift (serving U.S. and European markets). This role manages end-to-end HR and administrative functions, includingrecruitment, timekeeping, payroll, employee relations, and office administration, ensuring smooth operations across night and cross-shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding
○ Lead recruitment efforts for 24/7 teams, focusing on night shift roles.
○ Manage full-cycle hiring: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding, andorientation.
• HR Operations & Compliance
○ Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and benefits, ensuring accuracyin night shift differentials and overtime pay.
○ Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law and statutory benefits.
- Employee Relations & Retention
○ Serve as the primary HR contact for night shift employees.
○ Develop engagement and retention programs tailored for night shiftworkforce.
• Administration & Facilities
○ Oversee 24/7 office and housing support, including night-time logistics, security, and transport.
○ Manage supplies, IT equipment allocation, and vendor contracts.
- Reporting & Shift Coordination
○ Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment progress).
○ Ensure effective shift handover between day and night operations.
○ Align policies and reporting with HQ international HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- BPO / Customer Service industry experience preferred, familiar with 24/7operations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, night shift differential, and benefits.
- Fluent in English and Filipino, strong cross-shift communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll/timekeeping systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willing to work permanent night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) with flexibility to supportcross-shift needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
