Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and trends.
