The Rewards Operations Team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of rewards and incentives to our valued customers. As a member of the Rewards Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of reward fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job
The Specialist, Rewards Operations collaborates with diverse stakeholders across departments and external vendors to support the smooth delivery of promotional activities, while adhering to audit controls and compliance requirements.
The Specialist, Rewards Operations will be responsible for:
- Fulfillment & Vendor Coordination
○ Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process in accordance with SOPs and compliance guidelines.
○ Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers to ensure timely and quality delivery of rewards.
○ Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to provide input on fulfillment feasibility and timelines during campaign planning.
○ Validate and process redemption requests, including eligibility checks and reward allocation. - Inventory & Procurement Support
○ Track and update inventory levels; flag low stock and assist the Procurement team in maintaining adequate supply.
○ Document and track all procurements and reward disbursements for internal reconciliation and audit purposes. - Customer Service & Escalation Handling
○ Collaborate with the Customer Service team to respond to inquiries and resolve escalations within SLA.
○ Provide support in investigating customer reward status and resolving discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams. - Reporting & Documentation
○ Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating weekly and monthly reports.
○ Collaborate with Finance and Vendors to ensure accurate rewards expenditure reporting.
○ Stay up to date with current and past campaigns and their respective fulfillment criteria to ensure accurate execution. - Compliance & Process Alignment
○ Ensure all fulfillment processes are in line with internal policies, audit controls, and regulatory requirements.
○ Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction. - Team Support
○ Participate in weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and unblock operational roadblocks as needed.
○ Support any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team manager.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
● 3 years relevant work experience in rewards operations and/or fulfillment
● Fluent in English communication (written and verbal) to work with local internal and external stakeholders in Philippines.
● Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills to handle data
● Track record of self-driven achievements and organizational skills
● Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
● A good team player and is flexible
Good to have:
● Diploma or above in admin related disciplines
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Responsible, detail-minded, well organized and able work independently
● Strong analytical skill and sensitive to figures
● Proficient in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Immediately available is preferred
