MAIN DUTIES
a. Reports to Section head on related activities.
b. Meet with dealers to assist in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of CS policies and programs.
c. Presides over CS related meetings/events with dealers and evaluating their success.
d. Conducts on-site or online regular and spot compliance audits.
e. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
f. Initiate research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer experience research (surveys, mystery shopping, etc.)
g. Optimize the dealer’s sales process by assisting on the development of the dealer sales operating standard.
h. Work with internal and external department heads or staff to discuss activities such strategic plans, and the selection of new programs for CS Improvement.
QUALIFICATION
· College graduate Any Course
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
· Preferably with experience in the automotive industry
· Preferably knows how to drive and have driver’s license
