The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and is likewise tasked to design and implement effective operational and Sales strategies to bring assurance in quota achievement, maximum branch productivity, and profitability.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as Store Manager in a Department Store, Supermarket, Grocery or Hardware Store setup.
- Excellent Store Management experience.
- Experience in Inventory Management is an advantage.
- Excellent People Management skills.
- People person, trust worthy, keen to details and has strong leadership skills.
- Must be living or willing to be relocated anywhere in LAGUNA, BATANGAS, or MINDORO. Accomodation is PROVIDED by the Company.
