JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Store OIC! Create a welcoming shopping experience, assist customers, and grow within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with product inquiries, providing detailed info about features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales process to help them find what they need.
- Process transactions efficiently using the store’s POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are organized and stocked.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
- Leadership Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a High School Graduate. Willing to work in a mall environment.
- Complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
- Experience in retail or sales
- Knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering
- Knowledge of sports apparel is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads
