Qualifications:
1. Skill requirement should fit for the position as Takeoff Specialist. Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
2. Has experience in quantity surveying using Planswift or Bluebeam.
3. Has constrution background.
4. With cost estimate background that can do pricing as well as price reaserch.
5. Familiar in computer aided software such as AUTOCAD software is a plus.
Job Roles:
1. Generate detailed mark-up/ takeoff base on plan presented using Planswift/Bluebeam software.
2. Create reliable takeoff summary and bill of material/s of all fit out components with regards to given schedule.
3. Knowlegeable in construction fit out components and assembly.
4. Can do cost estimate prior generated BOM and can do material cost research as per client requirements.
5. Knowledge in computer aided software such as AUTOCAD and PLanswift. Can communicate with the client on timely manner with regards to updates and/or revisions
