Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent & Linkages Coordinator to manage internship and talent deployment initiatives. This role plays a vital part in sourcing, screening, and placing talent through both internal programs (such as bootcamp-to-deploy initiatives) and external market channels. The coordinator will also ensure alignment with client requirements by supporting tracking and coordination processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end talent deployment and internship programs.
- Manage recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Coordinate talent sourcing efforts from both internal pools and external markets.
- Track placement progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support talent pipeline requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
