Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own and scale our end-to-end recruiting operations. This role is critical to building the hiring engine that fuels the next phase of our company’s growth. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent globally, managing recruitment workflows, improving systems, and eventually growing a small recruiting team under your leadership.
You’ll be expected to deliver strong candidate pipelines consistently, especially for hard-to-fill roles in marketing, creative, tech, operations, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the company (from entry-level to executive)
- Deliver high-volume, high-quality candidate pipelines through active sourcing, not just job postings
- Use AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing speed and precision
- Partner with department heads to understand needs and sharpen job briefs
- Manage the recruitment tech stack (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Lead candidate screening, assessments, coordination, and feedback loops
- Continuously improve sourcing processes and reporting
- Set and hit hiring KPIs, including time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, and candidate quality
- Help build a scalable recruiting team in the next 6–12 months
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role
- Proven success hiring for DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or tech companies
- Demonstrated ability to source proactively through LinkedIn, AI tools, and outbound channels
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones
- Hands-on experience using an ATS (e.g. Workable, Breezy, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong organizational and project management ability
Nice to Have
- Experience managing junior recruiters or sourcers
- Familiarity with AI-based sourcing and automation tools
- Understanding of hiring for creative and performance marketing roles

Compensation
- Competitive monthly contractor rate, depending on experience and geography
- Performance-based increases are available.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
