Role: US Accounting Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Audit Manager based in the Philippines to help lead and deliver high-quality assurance services to our U.S.-based clients — all within a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit/review engagements
Supervise and coach associates & seniors
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and quality standards
Communicate directly with clients
Drive process improvements and mentor your team
Qualifications & Skills:
CPA strongly preferred
2+ years of experience as an Audit Manager
2–3 years prior experience as Audit Associate or Senior Associate
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP & audit methodologies
Leadership, project management & communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
High attention to detail and quality
Preferred:
Experience with U.S.-based clients or firms
Familiarity with audit tools/cloud platforms
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
