The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing day-to-day floor-level warehouse operations including inbound receiving, checking, picking, loading, and outbound preparation. The role supports inventory accuracy, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and contributes to the efficient flow of goods in a distribution-type warehouse. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in warehouse operations, a forklift license (NCII), and basic computer literacy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform Core Warehouse Activities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks such as inbound receiving, checking of deliveries, picking and staging of orders, and loading for outbound dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of items received and dispatched, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Handle physical movement and placement of goods using manual or mechanical methods (e.g., hand jacks, forklifts).
2. Operate Material Handling Equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the equipment and report any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Process an NCII Forklift Operator Certification and comply with company safety policies during operations.
3. Support Inventory Control
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counting, and physical stock verification as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and placement of items to maintain warehouse organization and space utilization.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles as applicable.
4. Document Handling and Basic Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and completion of warehouse forms and documents such as delivery receipts, and stock cards.
- Input and retrieve basic data using MS Word and Excel for inventory and transaction monitoring.
- Support system-based documentation as required for internal controls and audits.
5. Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety
- Observe warehouse safety standards and ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Participate in safety drills and toolbox meetings.
- Adhere to all company policies, including proper use of PPE and reporting of safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School graduate or vocational course completer; additional training in logistics is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a distribution environment.
- NCII-certified Forklift Operator with practical experience in equipment use.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
