Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of inventory, receiving and issuing of construction materials, tools, and equipment, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate accurate inventory and movement reports using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools. The candidate must be willing to stay on-site at the warehouse as part of operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, track movement, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to fulfill material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets/Docs.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items within the warehouse.
- Implement and follow company warehouse procedures for safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, inspecting for damages or shortages, and updating records accordingly.
- Maintain warehouse tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Support in dispatching and documentation for on-site material requisitions.
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma; Vocational or college education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Knowledgeable in inventory management systems is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Willing to stay at the warehouse site as required.
- Trustworthy, honest, and dependable.
Work Schedule and Conditions:
- On-site stay-in position with designated rest days.
- Work schedule aligned with project and warehouse operations.
- Basic lodging accommodations will be provided.
