1. Marketing Support Staff is responsible for recruitment of Agent and Information Center, Identifying possible
2. Marketing approach to improve marketing strategy, monitoring competitor’s marketing activity and
3. Implementing Plans and Program by Marketing Department in their respective areas.
4. Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
6. Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
7. Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out- of-the-box.
8. Willing to do 100% field work

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment of Agents and Information center staff to assist in marketing activities.
2. Identify possible marketing approaches to improve our marketing strategy.
3. Monitor competitor’s marketing activity and make a report out of it
4. Implement Plans and Program of Marketing Department in their respective areas.
5. Hold regular meetings with recruited agents to monitor their respective sales.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve the organization’s objectives.
7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
8. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Manage the Marketing budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
11. Calbayog Branch is located in Rosales Boulevard Corner Pajarito Street Barangay Central Calbayog City Samar Besides LBC and Palawan
12. Willing to be trained for 2 weeks in Head Office (Transportation and Accomodation shoulder by the company)
