Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:

• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event promotion, and sales activities
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and support lead conversions or sales
• Ensure customer records are accurately maintained and updated in the CRM system
• Reply to customer and client emails promptly and professionally
• Prepare and organize reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
• Meet performance targets in line with established service level agreements
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
• Strong English communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to various personalities
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills
• No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
