Account Executive The Accounts Executive is tasked with boosting revenue through sales generation in both new and existing segments. This involves managing client relationships, maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring superior customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing assigned accounts such as schools, government agencies, associations, religious organizations, travel agencies, and recruitment agencies. The role requires coverage of at least 16 accounts per week within the designated area, as well as the preparation and submission of weekly itineraries, daily sales call reports, and production reports. Additionally, the Accounts Executive conducts familiarization tours for prospective clients, submits proposal and quotation letters, and finalizes contracts to formalize arrangements with clients. Close coordination with various departments is essential to meet group requirements effectively. The role also involves ensuring accurate ticketing information and collecting charges for trips or functions. Furthermore, the Accounts Executive provides assistance to groups during voyages and conducts post-function visits to gather feedback and address any client complaints.
The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can influence and negotiate with stakeholders and customers.
Has the ability to influence and delegate tasks.
Knows how to sell with good judgment and general management skills. Ideally with Business insight and understanding with exemptional scheduling and planning skills. Computer literate and must be good in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Qualifications: College (preferably a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing Management or equivalent training in business or sales management).
With a valid Driver’s license and willing to travel.
