Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple clients

• Reconcile bank/credit accounts, ATO accounts (GST, PAYGW, etc.), and clearing

accounts

• Process payroll, STP, superannuation, and entitlements

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS

• Maintain accurate ledgers and clean financial records

• Generate monthly reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

• Prepare supplier payments, match remittances, and manage Accounts

Payable/Receivable

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

• Support and resolve client queries with professionalism and accuracy

• Proactively recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to

enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Stay up to date on Australian compliance and best practice changes

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (preferred)

• At least 2 years of Australian bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in accounting software including but not limited to Xero, MYOB, and

QuickBooks

• Confident in handling BAS, IAS, Superannuation, and STP

• Strong capability to manage large volumes of data

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability

• Ability to manage multiple clients with minimal supervision

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

SCHEDULE:

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (Mondays – Fridays)

• Fixed Weekends Off

• Office-based Job

• Can start Immediately

• Willing to work in Upper Antipolo

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
