Job description
1. VAT Refund processing
- Facilitate the routing and clearance of VAT refund claims to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) – both Regional and National offices.
- Ensure proper and organized documentation for all relevant sales and purchase transactions related to the claims, including scanned and photocopied official receipts, billing statements, and acknowledgment receipts.
- Perform accurate data encoding of Sales, Purchases, and Inward Remittances to support refund applications.
- Prepare and submit VAT Refund Application Claims to the BIR – National Office within the prescribed timelines.
2. Securing a Foreign Certificate
- Obtain and submit the Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Retrieve and process foreign certificates for clients through official websites or portals, ensuring accuracy and validity.
3. Administrative and Ad Hoc Duties
- Carry out other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior to support departmental goals and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related course.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in VAT refund processing.
- Proficiency with Google Drive.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
