Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of reports being distributed and report issues upon discovery for immediate remediation
• For assigned set of accounts, access internal and external reporting systems to extract billable data.
• Populated pre defined client workbooks with data for each verified billable attribute.
• Perform validation steps as defined in contract terms to ensure all appropriate data has been captured.
• Distribute completed assigned reports to designated OTC analyst.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
Experience:
• 2 years of experience in a fast paced high transactional volume field required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
• Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient with researching variances, and preparing reports.
• Highly proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office with a requirement of advanced excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
