- Maintain accurate and detailed records of the company’s inventory, including preparing and analyzing inventory reports
- Review and reconcile inventory accounts, conduct physical inventories, and perform audits to ensure accuracy
- Assisting with the processing and recording of incoming and outgoing inventory to fulfill orders or replace damaged stock.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory data.
- Providing support in the coordination of inventory-related activities with other department.
- Generating inventory reports and providing insights to management
- Conducts monthly physical count of inventory and reconciles the physical stocks versus stocks in our records.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or any related field.
- Previous experience in inventory management is an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
