PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and maintain financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and reconcile financial documents, like invoices and bank statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Organize, store, and retrieve documents, records, and files.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with filing procedures and regulations.
- Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
