Internship Overview:
This internship offers students currently pursuing an Accounting. The opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world accounting tasks within a dynamic HR and manpower services environment. Interns will work closely with our Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents such as vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
- Encode and update financial records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Support in payroll processing and handling of employee benefits records.
- Help reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in preparing BIR forms, financial reports, and compliance documents.
- Participate in internal audits and inventory of financial data.
- Maintain orderly financial filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support during audits and reporting periods.
Learning Opportunities:
- Exposure to actual accounting cycles and practices in a business setting
- Familiarity with Philippine labor and tax compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Understanding financial documentation and payroll operations for outsourced employees
- Hands-on use of accounting software or ERP tools (if available)
- Soft skills development: time management, organization, teamwork, and communication
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Endorsement from school for OJT (On-the-Job Training)
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
- Able to commit to complete the required 600 hours
