What is your mission?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to manage key accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, compliance support, and inventory accounting. This role is ideal for a mid-level accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage responsibilities independently.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.
- Manage customer billing and collections to ensure timely receipts.
General Ledger Maintenance:
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and periodic financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
Inventory Accounting:
- Reconcile inventory records and assist in inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Comfortable handling accounting duties independently
- Strong skills in financial statement preparation and billing management
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (Required)
- QuickBooks Online: 3 years (Required)
- Manufacturing industry: 3 years (Preferred)
