- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist with journal entries and reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, track customer payments, and assist in collections.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports; support year-end audits.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
- Data Entry & Collaboration: Accurately enter financial data and collaborate with other departments for financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; experience in a factory of construction materials is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- With high level of integrity and a conscientious worker.
- Able to handle pressure and work on a tight deadline.
- Must be willing to work in Metro, Manila.
