We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor for one of the leading management agencies in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Timely preparation and submission of accounting and financial management reports, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Responsible for period end closing activities and reconciliation for the company accounts
- Generate other relevant reports for management to inform decision-making.
Account Management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing and collections.
- Manage the company's inter-company transactions and coordinate with counterparts from other affiliates.
- Prepare cash flow reports to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
- Negotiate and coordinate with banks regarding fund flows, forex and other bank related transactions. Responsible for ensuring that petty cash funds are physically secured.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Maintain sustainable templates for budget monitoring and variance analysis.
Compliance and Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes (Statutory, BIR, national and local government agencies).
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accurate setup of employees incentives, product pricing and discount etc. and ensure accurate inventory results are uploaded in the system during cycle count.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in finance or accounting
- Proven audit experience (public practice) at a supervisory level or previous accounting experience (private) as an assistant or associate manager
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
