About the Role:
Angcore Motor Corporation is seeking a highly driven Accounting System Project Team Lead to spearhead the successful implementation of the ECount System, an integrated ERP platform, across the Finance Department. This is a pivotal role designed for a detail-oriented and technically adept professional with a strong background in ERP and financial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transition of accounting data, processes, and personnel from legacy systems to ECount, ensuring accuracy, minimal disruption, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead and coordinate the accounting system migration project in close collaboration with internal teams and external system providers.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the ECount system implementation.
Conduct regular check-ins and progress meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address potential risks.
2. Systems Analysis & Technical Support
Analyze existing financial and HR data structures from legacy systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS) to map out migration strategies into ECount.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through thorough data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Assist with the customization and configuration of the ECount platform based on the company's operational requirements.
3. Training & Change Management
Design and deliver user training programs for finance team members to ensure smooth adoption of the ECount system.
Provide hands-on support during and after go-live, serving as the primary liaison for troubleshooting and escalations.
Foster a culture of digital adoption and process improvement within the Finance Department.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Create detailed documentation of migration processes, configuration settings, user manuals, and training guides.
Track and report project progress to senior management, including risks, challenges, and success metrics.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, HRIS, or other enterprise accounting/HR systems.
Prior involvement in system migration, ERP implementation, or process automation projects.
Strong understanding of financial processes including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems with preference for experience in ECount, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Knowledge in data migration tools, Excel macros, pivot tables, and basic SQL queries.
Strong troubleshooting, process mapping, and data analysis skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and train non-technical users.
Proven project management capabilities, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
