We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify incoming invoices and payment requests.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure timely settlement of vendor accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
