Accounts Receivable
Location: Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Sheridan, corner United St, Mandaluyong City
Salary: P17,000- 20,000
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (Mon & Tue) 3 days work from home - 9PM to 6AM
Responsibility/Accountability Statement
1. Provide support to the Accounting and Admin department by helping to manage daily
accounting tasks on PPE, Taxes, Petty Cash and General accounting and reporting.
2. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and submission of statutory reports
especially in compliance with BIR, PEZA, SEC and other government agencies' requirements
on securing business permits and licenses.
3. Respond to external and internal customers on processing of employees cash advances,
reimbursements and expense reports and respond to external auditors in providing
accounting schedules and analysis.
4. Develop and maintain an organized filing system for accounting reports, company records
and documents to ensure availability and easy retrieval of accounting information.
Qualifications:
1.With Audit experience is a plus
2.Can do fieldwork and visit government agencies from time to time
3.Experience in government tax remittances and processing of business permits and licenses
4.Knowledge in bank reconciliation
5.PPE inventory and filing or accounting documents
6.AP and AR processing and preparation of accounting reports
7.Excel proficiency knowledge
8.Knowledge and exposure to ERP systems.
9.Ability to meet deadlines, flexible, independent.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
