ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
This position will be responsible for and involved in a number of Account Receivable administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable collection for special accounts.
- Account reconciliations.
- Statement review and analysis. Reiterating his concern below and requesting his Certification of Contribution of all his contributions.
- Payment applications
- Online billing via customer’s websites
- Email communication with customers
- Other various accounting duties
Qualifications:
- The AR Staff must have experience with customer payment deductions, i.e. pricing, shortages, and taxes). Additionally, you will reconcile customers' statement accounts and respond to customers’ inquiries by email.
- The position requires the ability to interact and correspond via email with customers and company account representatives.
- The position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP experience.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with special projects as directed and/or assigned by Management.
- BA degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
B. Requirements
- Strong oral and written communications skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Detail oriented is a must – intermediate to advance level of Excel skills.
- Highly organized with ability to keep track of own schedule and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication – Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with employees, customers and all other contacts. Ability to adjust communication style to suit situation and audience.
- Multi-Tasking — Ability to assist customers by phone, chat and email in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize offline workload and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Critical Thinking — Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical approach to all tasks.
- Computer Skills – Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to type at 50 wpm with accuracy. Ability to learn various other software programs to include SAP or NetSuite.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php27,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
