We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to manage and drive collections activities for a defined portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring timely payments, resolving billing issues, and improving overall process efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in stakeholder communication and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AR specialists, overseeing performance and productivity across a portfolio of accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with operational and sales teams.
• Participate in regular portfolio review meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with customers through email or calls to secure prompt payments.
• Manage timely reconciliation and distribution of Statements of Account (SOA).
• Proactively flag credit risks and provide early notifications regarding account status.
• Continuously analyze and improve AR processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Recommend escalation actions for overdue accounts to finance or key account teams.
• Develop and implement tailored collection strategies based on account analysis.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of B2B Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and collections best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
• Willing to relocate, if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php125,000.00 per month

• Cebu City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable: 3 years (Preferred)
