Job Description:
Core responsibility will be managing order fulfilment, returns management and ensuring account satisfaction, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement and Relationship Management:
Act as the primary lead of MerryMart Business, and maintain strong, long-term account connections.
Understand the account needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the account’s orders and ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Coordinate with the account’s internal department as needed.
Resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary.
3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor account performance and track accounts and CDLI’s metrics.
Prepare regular progress reports and outcomes.
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to both account and internal stakeholders.
4. Team Collaboration:
Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that support the account’s objectives.
Collaborate with all Department support to address and resolve the account’s concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Specialist, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
