Job Summary:
The office staff is responsible for supporting administrative tasks, handling procurement of supplies and materials, and ensuring efficient logistic coordination. The role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across various operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Handle daily office operations an provide administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain organized records and files (digital and hard copy).
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office needs.
Purchasing:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers.
- Ensure procurement procedures comply with internal policies and budgets.
Logistics:
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistic partners for timely delivered goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Organize transportation and shipment of goods locally and internationally (if applicable).
- Prepare shipping and customs documents when required.
- Resolve delivery and logistic issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Proven experience in administrative, purchasing, or logistics roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
