Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general office support such as filing, photocopying, and assisting with delivery or liaison tasks for documents and other materials.
- Assist in routine purchasing and procurement tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Perform clerical duties and other assigned tasks to support the President and daily operations.
Clerical Accounting Support
- Assist in reviewing documents and attachments to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Prepare Check Vouchers (CV), corresponding checks, and BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Tax Withheld), when applicable.
- Support billing, collections, and related follow-ups.
- Assist in recording transactions and maintaining organized accounting files and records.
- Help ensure compliance with standard government reporting requirements.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and monitoring basic expense transactions.
- Support inventory checks of office supplies and materials.
- Provide assistance during audits and other compliance activities.
- Help in processing SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth forms and other employee-related requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of AlphaList, VAT Relief, and SAWT, as applicable.
Qualifications
Minimum Educational Background:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any equivalent Business-related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a related field is an advantage.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas, formatting)
- Proficiency or familiarity with government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) is a plus
- Understanding of BIR compliance requirements (e.g., EWT, VAT, AlphaList) is an advantage
- Background or training in payroll computation is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Perform other support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
