Admin and Financial Reporting Intern (OJT)
Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Admin and Financial Reporting Intern (OJT) to join our onsite team in the Philippines. The intern will play a key role in consolidating financial data, from PDF documents into Excel reports, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance and operations department.
This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to build real-world skills in financial reporting, documentation, and office administration in a structured and collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and extract cost and expense data from PDF files (e.g., invoices, tariffs, reports).
- Organize and consolidate data into Excel spreadsheets and summary reports.
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support such as document tracking, data entry, and file organization.
- Support the finance team with internal documentation and reporting requirements related to U.S. operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data tables).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data from various document formats, especially PDF.
- Eager to learn, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
- Willing to report onsite and commit to regular Philippine business hours.
OJT Details:
- OJT / Internship Program (Minimum 6 months)
