Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and filing (physical & digital).
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office supply inventory.
Accounting & Finance
- Process accounts payable and receivable, maintain ledgers, and assist with reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Monitor petty cash and prepare simple financial reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants for compliance and reporting needs.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support onboarding.
- Track attendance, leaves, and assist in government benefits compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Compliance to DOLE and Govt agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or accounting roles (experience with HR work is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
