We urgently need an Admin Assistant!
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace
- Monitor schedules for maintenance, repairs, and vendor deliveries
- Support the documentation of contracts, permits, and licenses
- Assist in filing, document preparation, and courier coordination
- Provide clerical support to different departments when needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Proficient in e-mail communication
- Can maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Can start asap
