Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Handle the end-to-end ordering process (from request, quotation, purchase order preparation, to delivery monitoring).
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain price quotations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other related documentation.
- Assist with filing, scheduling, and coordination of office activities.
- Support in preparing reports and tracking expenses related to orders.
- Communicate with internal departments to understand their supply needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, with ordering or purchasing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
