· Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized.
· Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and required documents are collected.
· Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and personal information.
· Ensure HR documents are kept up to date and in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Maintain organized and confidential employee files (hard copy and digital).
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee records.
· Processing Time keeping every payroll
· Provide general office support, including ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
· Perform any other tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the office and HR department.
