Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and other tasks
- Screen and manage calls, and other communications on behalf of managers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in event planning and execution
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree
