Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of underwriting cases and documentation.
- Encode application data into internal underwriting systems or platforms.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and case trackers as required by underwriters or managers.
- Schedule underwriting appointments or assessments when needed.
2. Documentation & Filing
- Receive and log incoming applications and supporting documents.
- Verify the completeness and legibility of submitted forms and attachments.
- File approved, pending, or declined applications systematically (digital and physical).
3. Client and Agent Coordination
- Follow up with agents, clients, or brokers for missing documents or additional information.
- Relay underwriting decisions and requirements professionally and clearly.
- Assist with correspondence such as email follow-ups and client status updates.
4. Compliance and Confidentiality
- Ensure all underwriting documentation is handled confidentially and securely.
- Adhere to company policies and applicable laws such as data privacy and AMLA regulations.
- Report any suspicious or inconsistent documentation to the underwriting supervisor.
5. Operational Assistance
- Monitor deadlines and ensure underwriting timelines are met.
- Support underwriters during audits, meetings, or case reviews.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Claims, Customer Service) when necessary.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (preferred courses: Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related).
- 1–2 years of administrative experience; background in underwriting or insurance is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
