Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the booking of purchase orders (PO), monitoring delivery schedules, and processing completion requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking of Purchase Orders (PO):
- Accurately enter and manage purchase orders in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all PO documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
Monitor Delivery:
- Track delivery schedules and update relevant stakeholders on the status.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery dates and any discrepancies.
Request Processing of Completion:
- Process completion requests promptly and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
- Verify that all items received match the PO specifications and or any request.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing (Account Receivable)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
