Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business-related course
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on purchasing and procurement
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers professionally to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and resolve procurement issues
- Familiarity with contract terms, pricing comparisons, and cost-saving practices is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and openness to change
- Expertise in continuous improvement and issue resolution
- Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Excellent communication skills
